Semester ticket reimbursement
Welcome to the online system for refunding the semester ticket fee of the University of Kassel.

| Internship outside of germany | Certificate of enrollment and proof of an internship outside Germany lasting at least 3 months within the respective semester |
| Illness | Certificate of enrollment and proof of a medical certificate covering at least 3 months of the respective semester (start and end dates must be clearly stated) |
| Disability | Please upload your disablity pass |
| Promotion/Graduation | Certificate of enrollment, proof of residence outside Germany, and proof from the examination office that there is no attendance requirement at the university |
| Exchange semester | Certificate of enrollment and proof of a semester abroad lasting at least 3 months in the respective semester (start and end dates must be clearly stated) |
| Double imatriculation | Enrollment certificates from both universities and a copy of the Germany ticket from the other university |
| Landesbedienstetenticket | Bank statements for the last 3 months, proof of rent for the apartment, certificate of enrollment, proof of housing benefit (if available) and proof of BAfÖG (if available). With child: Birth certificate and certificate of enrollment are sufficient. There is no deadline for social hardship! The application can be submitted retroactively for up to one semester. |
